Shipping & Returns

our SHIPPING & Returns POLICY 


We aim to ship all orders within 24hrs. In most circumstances we will ship orders within 2-3 business days.


Shipping Within Ireland 2-5 Business Days.

Shipping Internationally 3-7 Business Days.

Please note these shipping times are estimates, as we use both An Post & DPD Courier Service. Actual delivery time will depend on the service chosen. We are  not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

We always want to ensure you receive the order quickly so please contact us at if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy


Our policy lasts 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must NOT be Burned. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note customers are liable for all shipping charges on returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of your order. 

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



We want you to love our luxury handmade candles and range of products but in the event you need to return a product our procedure are:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. Please note Shipping charges for returned items are payable by you, we do not refund the cost of shipping. 


Late or missing refunds 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank. If you feel your refund is taking longer than it should be double check with your bank.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at we will then send you instructions on how to proceed.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
